Production Details: This production of Love's Labour's Lost was set in 2015. It was performed on the Wake Forest University MainStage with support from the WFU costume shop.
Costume Details: The characters were defined by style subcultures (hipster, fashionista, gym rat, pop culture nerd, emo, pothead, etc). I asked the actors what they thought their character's interests were and created their style around that theme. The renderings were framed as Instagram posts by the characters (the usernames and hashtags were created by the actors and me). The fabric of the ladies dresses for their 3rd look was all custom designed and printed to reflect their individual style subculture.
